Design Stage
The creation process conceives garment combinations of lines, production, colors as well as textures and ensures that all our denim garments are well constructed and made from durable materials.
Pattern Making
Our pattern making team transforms the designer's idea into a real product by drafting the shape and size of the garment. This can be done manually with cardboard and measuring tools or by using a CAD computer software system. The resulting pattern pieces can be constructed to create the intended design of the garment.
Washes & Distress
Multiple denim washing methods are available at our jeans factory, including acid, rinsed, bleached, stone wash, enzyme wash, laser finish, etc. We can make jeans fabric a customized speciality with creative and best quality washing. The quality of workmanship is the top priority in jeans manufacturing.
Quality Control
From selecting the suitable fabric and accessories to testing before mass production, this serves to identity the risks of fabric change and to improve the overall quality of production. With this workmanship assessment, we conduct the potential risk before and during the production stage and continue to monitor the workmanship quality and final inspection to ensure that our standards are maintained at all times and that each final product meets our requirements.
